For your private group (minimum of 10) you can make a firm booking to tour the Sisi Museum, the Imperial Apartments and the Silver Collection. The bookings team will check the time slot you have booked and depending on availability will send you an email by return to confirm the booking.

Sisi Museum
The Sisi Museum paints a many-faceted picture of Empress Elisabeth. Only here in this ‘museum of emotions’ can her mystique be truly appreciated and the secrets of this fascinating personality be illuminated.
Imperial Apartments
The Imperial Apartments were once occupied by Austria’s most famous ruling couple. The nineteen rooms comprising the official and residential suite occupied by Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife Sisi are furnished in authentic period detail and convey an impression of nineteenth-century courtly tradition and imperial lifestyle.
Silver Collection
In the former Court Silver and Table Room you can explore the sumptuous extravagance of imperial dining traditions. Highlights include precious services, exquisite porcelain, centrepieces – some of which are up to thirty metres long – and the legendary ‘Emperor’s napkin’.
Please note that the silver collection will remain closed from April 1, 2023 until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

This ticket does not include a guided tour. We provide our visitors with audio guides and/or tour descriptions in 13 languages free of charge depending on availability.
You will be offered these at the beginning of the tour.
Free admission for children under 6.
Please note: if you take advantage of a reduction in the price of admission, proof of entitlement to this concession must be produced on admission. If the reduction has been claimed without entitlement the ticket will be automatically invalidated.
Students (up to and including age 25) must produce a valid student identity card (ISIC) together with a ticket on admission.
Vienna City Card holders must produce a valid Vienna City Card together with a ticket on admission.
Last admission is one hour before closing time.
Visitors are not allowed to bring in bulky objects or luggage of any kind - suitcases, bags, scooters, etc. Please note as well that there are no options available for left-luggage storage.

The Sisi Museum with the Imperial Apartments and the Imperial Silver Collection is open daily, including public holidays!
9.30 am – 5 pm
Last admission at 4.00 pm! It is possible to stay in the Silver Collection until 4.30 p.m., in the Sisi Museum until 4.45 p.m.
