The Classic Pass Plus combines the Palace Ticket for Schönbrunn Palace, Desert Experience House, Palm House, four of the attractions in the palace grounds and admission to the world’s oldest zoo in one ticket.

Valid for admission to the Palace on the day selected at the time selected; single admission to the other included attractions to the end of the season (27.03.- 2.11.2026)
For the Classic Pass Plus audio guides or printed descriptions for the palace tour are available free of charge depending on availability.
Duration approx. 1 day
Disability discount are only available at the museum ticket desks with valid ID. Admission is free for a person accompanying a blind/vision-impaired visitor or a wheelchair user, provided that a companion person is included in the disabled visitor’s ID.

Please note that our park attractions have different opening hours. The Park and Gardens can also be visited before entering Schönbrunn Palace.
Zoo Vienna, Maze & Labyrinth: Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The use of tripods, selfie sticks or similar photographic or video equipment is prohibited at the museum, as is the use of flash and similar forms of lighting.

Ticket office closing time and last admission is 30 minutes before the zoo closes.
Further Information
The Gloriette viewing platform and the Privy garden are only accessible via stairs. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
The maze is accessible to wheelchair users. All exhibition areas are accessible via ramps or a lift.
If you require barrier-free access to the Orangery Garden, you can obtain a special ticket for this purpose by showing a valid online ticket at the ticket desk at the main entrance or at the ticket office for the Privy Garden.
