The Classic Pass Plus combines the Grand Tour of Schönbrunn Palace, four of the attractions in the palace grounds and admission to the world’s oldest zoo in one ticket.

Valid / available only from 1st April to 3rd November 2020.
Valid for admission to the Palace on the day selected at the time selected; single admission to the other included attractions to the end of the season.
For the Classic Pass Plus audio guides or printed descriptions for the palace tour are available free of charge depending on availability.

For parents with children (from 2 adult and up to 3 children) we offer a family ticket. Reductions in price for families will be automatically offered after you have entered the number of tickets required.
Please note that our park attractions have different opening hours. The Park and Gardens can also be visited before entering Schönbrunn Palace.
Zoo Vienna: Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Schönbrunn Palace is open daily, including public holidays:
1st April to 30th June 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
1st July to 31st August 8.00 am to 6.30 pm

Zoo Vienna is open 365 days a year:
October (until end of daylight saving time): 9am-5.30pm
Ticket office closing time and last admission is 30 minutes before the zoo closes.

Please note that if you need barrier-free access (wheelchair, pram, etc.) to the Orangery Garden, you will be issued with an access ticket on presentation of a valid online ticket at the ticket desks by the main gate or at the ticket kiosk for the Privy Garden.
All exhibition areas are accessible barrier-free via ramps or lift.
The Gloriette viewing platform is only accessible via stairs. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

The Grand Tour of the palace includes forty-four rooms. As well as the state rooms and private apartments of the imperial couple Franz Joseph and Elisabeth you will also see the precious eighteenth-century interiors from the time of Maria Theresa.
