Here more than anywhere else once can sense the legendary mystique of Empress Elizabeth, known as Sisi.
Six rooms showcase numerous exhibits once owned by the empress together with replicas of some of her gowns.
The nineteen rooms comprising the official and residential suites occupied by Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife Sisi are furnished in authentic period detail and convey an impression of nineteenth-century courtly tradition and imperial lifestyle.
In the former Court Silver and Table Room you can explore the sumptuous extravagance of imperial dining traditions. The collection includes precious services of porcelain, glass and silver that once belonged to the Habsburg family.
Vienna Furniture Museum
The Vienna Furniture Museum showcases a unique display of furniture that encompasses the Baroque, Biedermeier and Historicist eras as well as the Vienna Modern movement and contemporary Austrian furniture design.
Schloss Hof Estate (incl. Schloss Niederweiden)
The former imperial country seat now provides an atmospheric setting for trips back in time into the fascinating world of the Baroque.
Besides the permanent exhibition in Schloss Hof Estate, as of 13 March 2021 visitors can see the special “Sisi” exhibition entitled “Sisi – Woman and Empress” in Schloss Niederweiden and “Sisi – Son Rudolf” in Schloss Hof Estate. The exhibition runs until 26 October 2021.
Valid from February, 11 to October 26, 2021 for single admission to each of the 4th institutions.
Free admission for children under 6.
Family Ticket
For parents with children (from one adult and up to 3 children) we offer a family ticket. Reductions in price for families will be automatically offered after you have entered the number of tickets required and cklied on the "Add to cart" button.
Please note: if you take advantage of a reduction in the price of admission, proof of entitlement to this concession must be produced on admission. If the reduction has been claimed without entitlement the ticket will be automatically invalidated.
Students (up to and including age 25) must produce a valid student identity card (ISIC) together with a ticket on admission.
Schönbrunn Palace is open daily, including public holidays!
The Sisi Museum, the Imperial Apartments and the Imperial Silver Collection are open daily, including public holidays!
Vienna Furniture Museum is closed on Mondays.

A single ticket opens the doors to three top attractions of imperial Austria for visitors to the Vienna Hofburg: the Sisi Museum, Imperial Apartments and the Silver Collection.
This ticket admits the visitor to the Vienna Furniture Museum, a furniture collection that has no parallel anywhere in the world.
The Grand Tour of the palace includes forty-four rooms. As well as the state rooms and private apartments of the imperial couple Franz Joseph and Elisabeth you will also see the precious eighteenth-century interiors from the time of Maria Theresa.
